can we please upgrade our device?

we have a brand new AutoWays cable. but we also tried to use a other cable that works with a working Autoways, and our device did not got on. we also tried our device in a different car it did not work. we tried a working AutoWays in our car with our own cable and it worked. so the device is the pro...

we did try this:

'Disconnect the AutoWays from your car and go to the car's settings: System > Advanced Options > App Manager > Apple CarPlay > Storage > Clear Data > Continue."

it did not help. the device is not starting at all.
