We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from theautoways.com. Please review our policy for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date the order was marked as received by the customer (as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information).
  • Proof of Purchase: Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from the official website, theautoways.com. You must provide your original order number or proof of purchase.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use not due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer support team
  2. Provide Information: Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Shipping and Fees
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the returned item back to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Return Fee: A combined fee of $30.00 USD will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of return shipping (if we provide a label) and restocking. If the return label is provided by the customer, the fee will only be $22.00 USD
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the $30.00 USD return fee.
