Resize Screen settings

I noticed a new option to adjust the screen element sizes, so I selected the larger setting. After doing so, I realized that everything became too large, to the point where the top and bottom sections of the screen cover almost the entire navigation interface. Furthermore, because everything is now so large, the option to resize it has been lost and is no longer visible or accessible within the settings menu.

Additionally, when making a phone call, the call screen is so large that it blocks a significant portion of the display and cannot be hidden. When I attempt to move it around, it automatically maximizes to full screen.

I have attached pictures showing how the screen looks for your reference. Could you please help me resolve this or guide me on resetting the screen size?
