I put in an SD card with music but it does not find the music files. Which folder does it need to be in. Also which music format is supported?

I just bought this and I have a lot of divided files on the SD card. Can I see it as divided files like in MP3?

I cannot hear music. I tried putting the music files in all folders on the micro-sd but I still cannot access the music files.
When I insert the micro-sd into the device, it comes up a message that it is connecting but there are no avail files to view (even when the sd is full of music files)
What am I doing wrong?

Where you try to find the files?
DId you look at the Vinyl player at the side bar > SD card

try to format the sd card before putting on music, or take a brand new SD card, otherwise the device will not be able to read the files.

i clicked vinyl player and sd card is not showing up. I did download latest music player update.
I keep trying to hear the music with no success.
also, how do I play music from sd card during navigation?
