Did you try to use a new cable

we did try this: 'Disconnect the AutoWays from your car and go to the car's settings: System > Advanced Options > App Manager > Apple CarPlay > Storage > Clear Data > Continue." it did not help. the device is not starting at all. the car screen say error reading What is the year of your car?
