Some Honda cars users sometimes experiencing trouble connecting the AutoWays to the car, then follow the following steps
Disconnect the AutoWays from your car and go to the car's settings: System > Advanced Options > App Manager > Apple CarPlay > Storage > Clear Data > Continue.
Then, reconnect it and wait about two minutes until the AutoWays interface appears on your car screen.
In some cases, you will need to turn the car off, open the door, and start it again to finish the process.

I tried to follow these steps, but I couldn't find those options in that order. I can't find Apple CarPlay in the app manager folder.

On Honda 2025 and up, Android Auto is recommended
You can switch to Android Auto by following this:
Plug the device into your car or any power source. Wait 30 seconds after the light turns on, then insert a pin, like a paperclip, into the hole on the opposite side of the charger port for 3 seconds. After that, wait one or two minutes for the device to restart.
